5. Data & Backups

  • We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may result in temporary service disruptions.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any major downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • HockInno is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services during the last three (3) months.

8. Termination & Suspension

  • We may terminate or suspend Services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
  • You may cancel your Services at any time, but fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
